Performance Process:
  • Remove existing TPO, 3" insulation board & parapet coping over original EPDM roof
  • Install edge metal
  • Sray 1.5" high density SPF
  • Build up behind curbs for positive drainage
  • Install counterflashing
  • Spray 22mills 96% high-solids silicone coating
  • Install new bronze parapet coping
